antiverted pelvis vs sway back

I'm having trouble figuring out how to antivert my pelvis without swaying my back when standing. Any suggestions?

Tallstanding is the crucial lesson to learn how to stand well.

In 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back, it is on pages 130 - 149.

In our courses, we teach Tallstanding with a checklist of 3s: 3 things in the feet, 3 things in the lower body, 3 things in the upper body.

All together, these postures will allow for an anteverted pelvis without a sway. Tallstanding optimizes posture from head to toe!
